Proclaiming Liberty Baptist Ministries is an independent, Bible believing Baptist ministry. Dr. Chris Grimbilas has planted churches, pastored and worked on staff at several churches. Currently, he is the Assistant to the Vice-President at International Bible College in Stony Brook, NY, which is a ministry of International Baptist Church. The adult Bible materials offered here are Baptist in doctrine and all materials use the King James Bible.
